Time to declutter and discover hidden treasures! Our annual neighborhood garage sale brings shoppers and neighbors together for a fun day of bargain hunting. We promote it on NextDoor and put signs on Island Park Road.

Grab your baskets and get ready for some egg-citing fun! Kids hunt in four age groups (0–3, 4–7, 8–11 and 12+), with three prizes in each group for finding the special dinosaur eggs. Event is held the Saturday before Easter (sometimes this will fall in March).

Deck out your golf cart in red, white and blue and join the fun! We'll cruise through several Island Park neighborhoods, tossing candy to spectators along the way. Everyone is welcome! Meet up at the Woodlands boat ramp to start.
