Boat Launch & Seawall
Our private boat launch and seawall provide direct gulf access via the Ten-Mile Canal to Mullock Creek, Estero Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for boating, fishing, and exploring the beautiful Southwest Florida waterways.
Tennis & Pickleball
Enjoy friendly competition and stay active on our tennis and pickleball courts. A great way to meet neighbors and have fun!
Bring your own paddles and balls, the court has 2 nets on wheels that can be moved into position during play.
Basketball Half Court
Shoot some hoops and enjoy a game with family and friends on our community basket ball half court.
Playground
Our community playground provides a fun and welcoming space where children can climb, slide, explore, and let their imaginations run wild. The play area features specially designed play-safe mulch to help cushion falls and provide a safer surface for little adventurers.
It's a wonderful place for kids to burn off some energy, and enjoy the outdoors while parents and grandparents can sit back, and keep a watchful eye from one of our three comfortable benches located in the playground.
Common Area
Gather with family, friends, and neighbors in our community common area! Whether you're enjoying a casual outdoor lunch, firing up the grill for a weekend cookout, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine, this welcoming space is perfect for sharing good food, great company, and making lasting memories. Our spacious adjoining common area also provides plenty of room for outdoor activities, tossing a ball, or enjoying some playtime with your four-legged friends! We simply ask that dogs remain leashed when not actively playing and that owners always clean up after their pets to help keep our community beautiful for everyone.
Lake Grasmere
Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Lake Grasmere, one of Woodlands' hidden treasures! Our community T-Dock offers a wonderful spot to cast a fishing line, watch the local wildlife, or simply unwind while taking in the scenic lake views. While motorized boats are not permitted on the lake, residents are welcome to explore the calm waters by kayak, canoe, paddleboard, or other non-motorized watercraft. Just remember, alligators have been known to make an appearance, so please use caution around the shoreline and on the water, keep a safe distance from wildlife, and never feed the alligators.
