WHAT WE DO
Island Park Woodlands is a self-managed homeowners association guided by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members work together to maintain our common areas, oversee community finances, coordinate improvements and repairs, address neighborhood concerns, and help preserve the character of our community.
Our Board is committed to responsible stewardship of HOA resources, open communication, and maintaining a welcoming neighborhood for all residents.
BOARD ELECTIONS
Elections take place each June. Members serve two-year terms, with four positions elected in even years and three in odd years.
SERVING OUR COMMUNITY
Our volunteer Board oversees HOA finances, maintenance of common areas, neighborhood improvements, and community matters.
